REVIEW
“Back in The Groove”, is comprised of 14 incredible tracks where the artist delves into the electronic jazz genre. “Back in the Groove”, opens with a moving and beautiful composition (Title track) - Back in The Groove - which, in my opinion, is a great choice for the album opener. The song starts with a catchy beat, and conveys some great electronic jazz vibes. The title composition is followed by “You Can Make A Difference” – featuring Dave Jarvis on Saxophone. This piece encompasses a pleasant melody, and transports the listener into a relaxing and serene troposphere. This intense feeling is subtle and repeated in “Funky Tuesday”.
“Vision” and “Living in The Present”, surprised us with some groovy bass lines; these songs literally make us feel the whole mood of the album. The melodic arrangement will definitely stay in your head for a long time. The 5th song on the record, “With All Your Heart”, impressed me with its atmosphere and percussion arrangements; strings and keys also made this song interesting and noteworthy. “Go the Extra Mile”, which is one of my favorites from the album, is an easily memorable song: it has interesting rhythm, catchy melody and rich arrangement. “Motivated by Love”, the 10th song on the project, is the one that will definitely make listeners relax because of its sheer calmness. Catchy keys and effects make this track a great example of modern electronic Jazz. “Anointed”, as well as “So Afraid of Change”, surprises listeners with the retro-touched arrangement which perfectly contrast with other songs on the recording. “In Her Memory” and “Free from Judgement” are the two songs that will also assist you to dive deep in thoughts after a hard day.
To sum up, everything in "Back in The Groove" comes together in a stream of consciousness style. These 14 tracks will definitely transfer you into another dimension of inspirational electronic Jazz.

Robert composes under the moniker of Remotejazz, producing contemporary and smooth jazz selections that evoke a strong positive reaction from both lovers of hygge and the ethereal. "THROUGH THE EYE OF THE STORM" is the second release from Remotejazz. "Through the Eye of the Storm", chronicles Bob's continuing journey to find peace and prosperity through faith. The first single released from this project "As I Have Loved You", which features Dave Jarvis on saxophone. This song has received a great deal of buzz from industry critics and fans alike.

"As I Have Loved You" is a hypnotic tune that really challenges the listener. There are so many levels to this piece and so many instruments wanting your attention. I love the way the fretless bass holds everything together with its constant riff. The musical layering's give a spacey feel. Dave Jarvis on sax takes charge and leads the direction of this complex tune. The beautiful string arrangement provide a calmness to what really is a very busy piece. I don't think it would be possible for producer Robert Bryant to throw any more instruments into the mix. As well as sax there is piano, harpsichord and some special effects. The tune is a musical feast for the ears. I have played it a number of times on my program. It is something different and certainly expands the consciousness.

REMOTEJAZZ [Debut Project] - (released september 2010)
"Remotejazz" our very first project was released in September of 2010, The Single "All That I Can Give" was reviewed and later chosen to be a part of a compilation CD by Distrophonix a music distributor from Baltimore, Maryland. The CD featured 12 original compositions from local bands and artists. The funds raised by the purchase were initiated to make the public aware of the effects of global warming. Our initial CD is packed with some great songs! In fact we are seriously considering re-packaging the CD for future re-release. Two songs from "Remotejazz", "All That I Can Give" and "Lounge Lizard" appear to be fan favorites.
